Let me tell ya! I emailed the customer service at We R Memory Keepers telling them about the crop-a-dile accident. They are sending me a REPLACEMENT!!!! WOW WOW WOW! They are the best!! I've ALWAYS LOVED their products and now I love them even more! They are the bomb diggity!
